The majority of our loans are made in the greater Sacramento area. It always helps to know local real estate as if you lived there. I have lived in the Pocket area, Citrus Heights, Carmichael, Rocklin, Roseville, Fair Oaks, Natomas, Davis, and near Sac City College.
